Non-Refundable Credits

All RA credit purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely.

Data Retention

Risk analysis records including input data and reports are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the assessment in compliance with South African record-keeping requirements.

Accuracy

The PQC Risk Analysis tool is an aid to professional judgement. Results must be reviewed by a qualified person. Power Quality Consultants accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of automated output.
